Does DUI Prosecution Ignore Your Constitutional Rights?

(Call me to discuss your rights and what happened with your arrest 831-869-8232)

M.A.D.D.

Mothers Against Drunk Driving was started with a worthy cause in mind. The group wanted to stop drunk drivers from killing people. I think most of us can agree that keeping our streets safe is a good thing. Thus, MADD has gained the support of thousands of people and has grown in power significantly over the years—even in law-making circles. They have become an incessant push to make DUI/DWI laws stiffer and have succeeded in helping to establish new and tougher laws in many states and in federal courts. But, have they gone too far? Like a well-meaning mother that overprotects her child to the point of suffocation and lack of free will?

Fine Line Crossed?

There is a delicate balance between freedom and protection. It is arguable that one of the greatest threats to our nation’s citizens is losing our freedom to our federal government in the name of protection, not terrorists or drunk drivers. Every bit of freedom that is lost collects over time and in the end we may lose far more freedoms and privileges than we are willing to give. So, I fight for you, I fight for your rights and I fight for freedom, liberty “and justice for all.”
